New Delhi, October 20, 2026 (Yes Punjab News)
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will open online bookings for 2,516 Low Income Group (LIG) flats in Narela under its Awas Nivesh Yojana 2026 from Tuesday noon, offering a 25 per cent discount on the tentative prices.
The flats will be allotted on a First Come, First Serve (FCFS) basis, providing prospective homebuyers an opportunity to purchase a residence in Delhi at comparatively affordable rates, according to an official statement.
The flats are located in Pockets 3 and 6 of Sectors G2–G6 in Narela. Of the total inventory, 1,020 flats are in Pocket 3 and 1,496 in Pocket 6. Their approximate plinth area is 49.90 square metres, including common areas.
After the discount, the tentative price of a flat in Pocket 3 is Rs 15.01 lakh, while a flat in Pocket 6 is priced at Rs 14.95 lakh.
The DDA said Narela’s residential potential is supported by planned transport links and civic infrastructure. These include the upcoming Rithala–Narela–Kundli Metro Corridor, a proposed Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) station and road connectivity through Urban Extension Road-I, Urban Extension Road-II and GT Karnal Road.
The area is also expected to benefit from an upcoming Education Hub in Sectors G2–G6, where land has been allotted to several universities. Nearby sports facilities include the Narela Sports Complex in Sector A-7, alongside plans for a multi-sports integrated stadium and sports complex.
Green spaces and other civic amenities are also expected to contribute to the area’s development.
The entire registration and booking process will be conducted online through the DDA’s Awaas Portal at https://eservices.dda.org.in. Applicants can access the portal to complete the process, the authority said.
