Reality show Rise & Fall Season 2 witnessed a major confrontation as Roadies and Splitsvilla fame Siwet Tomar became the first contestant to be evicted from the show following a physical altercation with fellow contestant Shehzad Poonawalla.
The incident unfolded after the announcement of the ‘Ultimate Ruler’ race, a competition to determine who would hold the most power inside the Tower. Following the voting process, Siwet was eliminated from the race. When asked to identify the contestant he considered the weakest decision-maker, he named Shehzad.
Later in the episode, Siwet was seen sitting with actress Swara Bhasker, prompting Shehzad to question his changing equation with her.
When Siwet entered the show, he had decided not to speak to Swara. Pointing out the apparent change in his stance, Shehzad accused him of double standards, triggering a heated argument between the two contestants.
The verbal exchange eventually escalated into a physical confrontation, during which Siwet grabbed Shehzad by the neck and pushed him down, leaving him injured. Shehzad’s clothes were also torn during the incident.
Following the altercation, the show’s makers decided to evict Siwet on the grounds of physical violence.
Actress Swara Bhasker and actor Karan Patel expressed dissatisfaction with the decision, arguing that Shehzad’s provocation had contributed to the escalation. In protest, both decided to walk out of the Tower alongside Siwet.
Meanwhile, the ‘Ultimate Ruler’ race determined the contestants’ positions in the show. Karan Patel, Tej Pratap Yadav, Shehzad Poonawalla, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Swara Bhasker, Siwet Tomar, Irina Rudakova and Raj Grover secured places in the Penthouse.
Niharika Tiwari, Kaira Anu, Anish Bhagat, Sara Gurpal, Manish Kashyap, Gautam Gulati and Kajal Raghwani remained in the Basement.
