Actress Tara Sutaria has taken a trip down memory lane, sharing her favourite food and cultural experiences from London, a city she says she has visited for 25 summers and winters.
In an Instagram post, the ‘Marjaavaan’ actress listed dishes and dining experiences she never gets tired of, including vongole, scallops, oysters, escargot, crème brûlée, baked camembert and truffle ravioli. She also expressed her particular fondness for Irish rock oysters, saying she can never have enough of them.
Tara highlighted some of her favourite London spots, including Devonshire Soho, Brasserie Zedel and Boisdale. She also recalled enjoying live jazz and wine evenings, and watching the musical ‘The Phantom of the Opera’ for what she described as the 30th or 31st time.
Sharing pictures of London’s streets, restaurants and food, she wrote, “The east or the west end, you end up in the best end. ( Dame Shirley Bassey was not wrong Twenty five summers/winters in London later, here are a few things i never tire of.. ( mostly food )”
She also mentioned her appreciation for London’s rare moments of sunshine, its restaurants and favourite dishes, including scallops, oysters, escargot and truffle-based preparations.
On the professional front, Tara will share screen space with Aditya Roy Kapur for the first time in an upcoming untitled film. Backed by Bhushan Kumar and directed by Milap Zaveri, the project is described as an intense, violent and musical love story. Co-produced by Shiv Chanana, it is scheduled to go on floors later this year and is slated for a theatrical release in 2027.
