Television actor Dheeraj Dhoopar penned an emotional birthday message for his son Zayn, describing the little boy as his strength, happiness and an inseparable part of his life.
Sharing a video featuring the father-son duo, Dheeraj said he found it difficult to put his feelings into words and recalled how Zayn had grown from being his “little baby” into his “little buddy”, “best friend” and eventually his “whole life”.
“Happy birthday, my boy. I don’t even know where to begin because no words will ever be enough to tell you how much I love you. Tu hai na yaar, toh sab kuch theek hai,” Dheeraj wrote.
The actor said that simply having Zayn around made everything feel better and described his son as “the best part” of him.
“You are my strength. You are my love. You are my happiness. You are the best part of me,” he added.
Dheeraj also expressed pride in his son and promised to always stand by him.
“Papa is super, super, SUPER proud of you. For everything you are and everything you will become. I’ll always be right here, standing beside you, cheering the loudest for you,” he wrote.
In a lighter moment, the actor admitted that he misses Zayn even when the child is asleep, joking that he becomes bored without him and wondering whom he would talk to or trouble.
“You started as my little baby, then you became my little buddy, then my best friend… and somewhere along the way, you became my whole life,” Dheeraj wrote.
The video showed the father-son duo making goofy expressions while recording together, with Aditya Narayan’s song ‘Akele Hum Akele Tum’ playing in the background.
Dheeraj and his wife, actress Vinny Arora, welcomed their first child, Zayn, on August 10, 2022.
