Actor Ajay Devgn had opened up about his children Nysa and Yug’s career choices during his 2021 appearance on the adventure reality show Into The Wild With Bear Grylls.
During a conversation with Bear Grylls, Ajay was asked whether he would encourage his children to join the film industry. The actor said he wanted them to follow their own paths and would not pressure them into choosing any particular career.
“No, let them follow their own path. My daughter, I don’t think so, is very keen on it. Let’s see where it takes us; she’s studying now. My son is too young to decide what he wants to do. So, I am not gonna push anybody for anything,” he said.
Kajol later revealed during a media interaction that Nysa did not wish to follow in her parents’ footsteps and had largely made up her mind against joining the entertainment industry.
The actress also spoke about the scrutiny faced by star children, saying, “It is something that everyone has to face. It’s not something you have a choice about.”
During the Into The Wild With Bear Grylls episode, Kajol also revealed that Ajay was particular about touching things with his fingers. She challenged him to touch and eat a slimy object, and he eventually took up the challenge by eating a raw fish with his bare hands.
On the work front, Ajay was recently seen in director Abhishek Pathak’s Drishyam: The Conclusion, which also features Tabu, Shriya Saran, Rajat Kapoor, Prakash Raj, Jaideep Ahlawat, Kamlesh Sawant, Ishita Dutta and Mrunal Jadhav, among others.
