BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh today addressed a public meeting organised at the residence of BJP MLA Jangi Lal Mahajan in Mukerian as part of the Punjab Municipal Corporation elections campaign.
He called upon the people to elect BJP candidates with massive margins. The overwhelming enthusiasm and support of the gathering was a clear indication that the people of Punjab are increasingly placing their trust in the BJP.
Chugh said that today a storm is sweeping across Punjab against the atrocities of the Aam Aadmi Party. People have made up their minds to teach a lesson to those who lied to them in 2022 and betrayed every promise they made.
The people of Punjab had given the Chief Minister an opportunity to ensure their safety and security, but instead of doing his duty, the Chief Minister has been busy cracking jokes and telling stories.
He said that 52 months have now passed and the time has come to bid farewell to the Bhagwant Mann government. The entire Punjab is standing up to say “Bye-Bye Bhagwant Mann, Bye-Bye Kejriwal.” The situation on the ground is so dire that AAP leaders cannot even enter villages, and Punjab is crying out in distress.
Bhagwant Mann’s government has failed on every single front — be it the drugs menace it couldn’t curb, rampant corruption, gangsterism and extortion, or the complete breakdown of law and order — this government has proven itself utterly incapable on every count.
Chugh said that these municipal elections are only the trailer — the full picture will become clear to Bhagwant Mann Sahib in March 2027 when the people of Punjab deliver their final verdict. The BJP stands fully prepared to write a new chapter of good governance, security, and development in Punjab. The rising trust of the public in the BJP is proof that a wave of change is now inevitable.
He urged the people of Punjab to make a beginning by electing BJP candidates with overwhelming majorities. Tarun Chugh asserted that the BJP’s message will reach every home and every village, and the AAP will be made to account for its failures. With the BJP’s historic victory in 2027, Punjab will step into a new and brighter era.
