Punjab Government has posted 2019-batch IAS Officer Nirmal Ouseppachan as Additional Secretary, Coordination and in addition Officer on Special Duty to Chief Secretary, Punjab in place of Shri Simrandeep Singh, IAS.
Nirmal Ouseppachan was till now serving as Additional Deputy Commissioner (General), Mansa.
