Actress Nimrat Kaur has found a spiritual soundtrack for her post-festival fitness routine, sharing a video of herself cycling at the gym while listening to an aarti.
The actress posted a glimpse of her workout on Instagram, adding a humorous twist to the familiar post-festive concern about extra calories.
The video featured the text, “WHAT I’M DOING VS WHAT I’M LISTENING TO,” highlighting the contrast between her cycling session and the devotional music playing in her ears.
Describing her choice of music as a “God-tier playlist”, Nimrat joked that she was using it to wish away the calories accumulated during the festive season.
“God-tier playlist to wish them festival calories away,” she captioned the video.
Nimrat began her career as a print model before moving into theatre and films. She gained wider recognition with the critically acclaimed film The Lunchbox in 2013, following her appearance in Anurag Kashyap’s production Peddlers in 2012.
She later played ISI agent Tasneem Qureishi in the American television series Homeland, appearing in its fourth and eighth seasons. Her film credits also include the Akshay Kumar-starrer Airlift, while her television work includes Wayward Pines and School of Lies.
On the film front, Nimrat was last seen in Kaalidhar Laapata, released in 2025 and directed by Madhumita. The film featured Abhishek Bachchan in the lead role alongside Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub and child actor Daivik Baghela.
More recently, she appeared in the third season of The Family Man, the espionage drama created by Raj and DK and headlined by Manoj Bajpayee.
