In a significant development aimed at stabilising egg prices and ensuring coordination between stakeholders, the core committee of P.F.A. (Poultry Farmers Association) held a series of meetings with key egg traders and farmers in Jalandhar district, emphasising the importance of unity and collective decision-making.
Meeting with Egg Traders
A key meeting was held at Hotel AGI INN, Jalandhar, where members of the PFA core committee interacted with leading egg traders of the city under the guiding principle of “Unity is Strength.”
During the interaction, the PFA leadership assured traders that their business interests would be fully safeguarded, while also highlighting the need for coordinated efforts to address the recent sudden decline in egg prices.
The traders, in turn, expressed their full support for the PFA, agreeing to:
Adhere to the rates recommended by the association
Cooperate in future pricing decisions
Work collectively to create a stable and healthy trade environment

The discussions also focused on strategies to improve egg prices in the near future through coordinated efforts between traders and the association.
