Bollywood couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are preparing to welcome their second child and gave fans a glimpse of their family life by sharing new photographs featuring their daughter, Dua.
The couple posted a series of black-and-white pictures from a maternity photoshoot on Instagram on Tuesday. In the caption, they wrote, “Baby Dua and our hearts are getting bigger! Thank you for your blessings!”
The photographs show Dua enjoying a playful moment with her parents. Deepika can also be seen displaying her baby bump, while Ranveer poses alongside his wife and daughter.
Dua wore a collared top with trousers, with her hair styled in two ponytails decorated with ribbons. Deepika appeared in a net flower top, while Ranveer opted for a simple shirt and trousers.
The post drew affectionate reactions from their friends and colleagues. Ranveer’s Dhurandhar co-star Sara Arjun called them “the most adorable family”, while another member of the Dhurandhar team commented, “Mashallah beautiful”. Filmmaker Atlee, who is directing Deepika in Raaka, also responded with several red heart emojis.
Ranveer and Deepika announced in April this year that they were expecting their second child. The couple shared a joint social media post featuring Dua holding a pregnancy test kit displaying a positive result.
The couple married in an intimate ceremony at Lake Como, Italy, in November 2018, after dating for several years.
They welcomed their first child, daughter Dua, on September 8, 2024. The new photographs come on Dua’s second birthday as the family awaits the arrival of their second baby.
