In a significant academic and legal development, Punjab based Lawyer Harpreet Sandhu, presented a collection of his authored books on Legal Comparative Study to the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh Justice Tashi Rabstan at the High Court in Srinagar. The legal comparative study books were acknowledged by the Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
Harpreet Sandhu, widely recognized for his contributions to legal comparative field that examines the similarities and differences between legal systems of different Nations and had initiated legal comparative study on courts functioning of different nations comparing with Indian legal system which provide vibrant view of global multi faceted legal experience gained during his visits to various courts across the globe.
for his comprehensive research and analysis which has provided valuable insights for the legal fraternity, particularly in understanding how different legal frameworks function in harmony with global standards, as defined in books titled Legal Comparative Study Books titled, ” Indo – European Legal System – A Comparative Study”, German Indian Law – A Comparative Study, Ghana Indian Legal System – A Comparative Study and Singapore – Indian Legal System A Comparative Study” for the Srinagar High Court library.
