Congress released a list of four candidates for Punjab Bye-Elections on Tuesday.
The party released a list for the Punjab and West Bengal bye-elections. Party General Secretary KC Venugopal released the list after Congress Chief Mallikarjun Kharge approved it.
Amrita Warring, wife of PPCC Chief and Ludhiana MP Amarinder Singh Raja Warring, has been named the party candidate for the Gidderbaha seat.
Jatinder Kaur Randhawa, wife of Gurdaspur MP and Former Deputy Chief Minister will be contesting from Dera Baba Nanak.
Advocate Ranjit Kumar has been named party candidate from Chabbewal (Reserve) constituency. He is the President of Bar Association, Hoshiarpur. He contested Lok Sabha 2024 election from Hoshiarpur on a BSP ticket but quit BSP to join Congress recently.
Kuldip Singh Dhillon has been named Congress candidate from Barnala. He is the DCC president from Barnala.
