B.J.P. Senior Leader and Former Minister Punjab Mr Manoranjan Kalia in a press statement said the Fifth and the last budget of Capt Amarinder Singh Government presented by Finance Minister S. Manpreet Singh Badal has shown that the Congress Government during its five year rule has failed to fulfill Poll Promises completely which were made during 2017 Assembly Elections .
Mr Kalia said that the present Budget is a retrogressive and directionless Budget which leads to Punjab no where .
