Punjab Excise and Taxation Department has issued orders to relieve five officers who were recently promoted to PCS.
It may be recalled that Punjab Government promoted nine Assistant Excise and Taxation Officers (AETC) as PCS ( Executive) on March 6, 2024.
The five officers who have been relieved include Payal Goel, Ankita Kansal, Hiteshwar Gupta, Kapil Jindal and Navjot Sharma.
The two officers Aman Gupta and Sumandeep Kaur have not been relieved as of now. As per the orders, they will be relieved after Lok Sabha polls since they are on election duty.
