The Punjab Civil Services (EB) Retd Officers Association has strongly condemned the barbaric and inhuman act of rape and murder committed against a medical student of RG Kar Medical College and Hospital of Kolkata.
An emergency meeting of the executive committee of The Punjab Civil Services EB Retd
officer association was held under the chairmanship of Vice-President SPS Marar.
“This association stands in solidarity with the victim’s family and with the demands of various associations of Doctors for their security during duty timings,” Marar said.
The Association urged the government of India and the government of West Bengal to take immediate and strong steps to ensure early justice.
A protest will be held on 19th August at 3.00 PM at sector 17th Plaza in front of Neelam Theater.
