Punjab Revenue Officers Association has called off the decision to go on mass leave from August 19 to 21.
The decision was taken after a meeting with Revenue Minister Bram Shankar Jimpa.
The officers had announced a three-day complete strike as a mark of protest to press for their demands.
The announcement to call off the proposed strike was made by the Punjab Revenue Officers Association after a meeting with Revenue Minister Brahm Shankar Jimpa. FCR Mr. KAP Sinha IAS was also present in the meeting.
The minister said that several demands of the revenue officials had already been accepted but there was a delay in issuing the written orders which led to an unsavoury situation.
He said that the issue has been resolved through discussions with the association and now the officials will do their work as usual.
