BJP national general secretary Tarun Chugh today demanded immediate suspension of Punjab Cabinet Minister Lal Chand Kataruchak for ignoring notice of the SC commission three times in a row.
Chugh said the Bhagwant Mann government has also ignored three notices issued by the Punjab Governor which reflects chief minister Bhagwant Mann contempt towards the Constitutional office.
He said that the fact police investigation into the uncouth incident has not made any progress shows that the AAP government is defending a criminal minister.
