The Corporate Resource Centre of Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University (MRSPTU), Bathinda, in collaboration with the Punjab State Council for Science & Technology (PSCST), Chandigarh, organized a one-day workshop titled “Tech Startup: Connect and Grow – A Women Startup Initiative.”
The workshop aimed to provide young entrepreneurs, especially women, with valuable insights into startup guidelines, helping them establish and grow their businesses.
MRSPTU Vice Chancellor, Prof.(Dr.) Sandeep Kansal inaugurated the workshop.
Dr. Rajdevinder Kaur Sidhu, Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering and Incubation Manager at the Central University of Punjab, delivered an insightful talk, sharing her expertise on startup strategies and best practices.
Additionally, Er. Lalit Mohan and Dr. Meenu from MRSPTU presented their perspectives on the startup ecosystem, emphasizing the opportunities available for budding entrepreneurs.
Dr. Amandeep Kaur from the Punjab State Council for Science and Technology, Chandigarh, also addressed the attendees, shedding light on startup policies and various support mechanisms available for women-led startups.
On this occasion, Registrar Dr. Gurinderpal Singh Brar, Incharge CRC, Prof.(Dr.) Rajesh Gupta, Director, Training and Placement, Er. Harjot Singh Sidhu and senior officials of the University were also present on occasion. Dr. Haramritpal Singh Sidhu and Er. Gagandeep Singh Sodhi played key role in coordinating the workshop.
