The Punjab government has ordered the transfers and postings of two PCS officers with immediate effect.
Shri Tej Kumar Goyal, PCS, available for posting has been posted as Joint Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs relieving Sh. Arvind Pal Singh Sandhu, IAS, of the additional charge.
Shri Upkar Singh PCS available for posting has been posted as Deputy Excise & Taxation Commissioner, Patiala against a vacant post.
