Ramneek Singh Randhawa today formally took charge as Chairman of the Improvement Trust Jalandhar in a simple and humble manner, offering prayers to the Almighty.
He said that Punjab is currently facing the hardships of floods, and at such a time, instead of celebrations, the real need is for everyone to come together in service of Punjab and its people. He added that his appointment notification was issued a few days ago, and today, with the blessings of Waheguru Ji, he has officially assumed charge.
Ramneek Singh Randhawa assured that he will fulfill this responsibility with utmost sincerity and dedication. He pledged to work wholeheartedly for the welfare of the people of Jalandhar and for the progress of Punjab.
He also extended heartfelt gratitude to Chief Minister of Punjab Shri Bhagwant Mann for entrusting him with this responsibility.
