The process of electing 06 members of Punjab Pharmacy Council was completed on 5/11/2024 as per the election programme published in various newspapers on 20/7/2024. A Total of 15 candidates were in fray. The total number of eligible voters were 39737 out of which 14478 votes were received.
Out of the received votes, 12977 votes were found to be valid. After completion of counting on 5/11/2024, the top 06 candidates,as per the number of votes received, were declared winners among whom Sh. Sushil Kumar Bansal,having serial number 13 as per voting paper,got the maximum 8601 votes, Sh. Tajinder Pal Singhhaving serial number 14 as per voting paper got 8572 votes,
Sh. Thakur Gurjeet Singhhaving serial number 15 as per voting paper got 8501 votes, Sh. Ravi Shankar Nandahaving serial number 7 as per voting paper got 8462 votes, Sh. Surinder Kumar Sharmahaving serial number 12 as per voting paper got 8459 votes&Sh. Sanjeev Kumarhaving serial number 9 as per voting paper got 8309 votes. Hence,these 6 candidates have been elected as members of Punjab Pharmacy Council.
