Today the Agriculture Minister Punjab, Gurmeet Singh Khundian along with Vice Chancellor PAU Dr. Satbir Singh Gosal, Vice Chancellor GADVASU Prof. Dr. JPS Gill and Director Agriculture Punjab Dr. Jaswant Singh installed the pious portrait showcasing Har Ki Pauri, Sachkhand Sri Darbar Sahib, Amritsar, at the most prestigious Sutton House in Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana.
The exquisite portrait depicts spiritual and historical significance of Har Ki Pauri at Darbar Sahib being a religious heritage symbol of humility highlighting serene of this sacred sarovar. The portrait has been compiled by Punjab’s eminent author, heritage promoter, nature artist & Former Additional Advocate General Harpreet Sandhu, is a testament to the rich cultural and historical legacy of our State.
The installation of this pious portrait at Sutton House will be a landmark attraction, drawing visitors from across the state and beyond, as it further enhances Punjab’s vibrant cultural and spiritual history.
Agriculture Minister Gurmeet Singh Khundian, while installing the significant portrait, acknowledged the meaningful pictorial art work initiated by Harpreet Sandhu as a remarkable tribute to Punjab’s religious heritage. He further stated that Harpreet Sandhu has done a commendable work by capturing this essence through his camera lens which will definitely contribute in promoting our heritage.
