Congress party has appointed Incharges, Co-Incharges and Conveners for upcoming bye-elections in Punjab.
Bye-Elections in four Assembly Constituencies – Gidderbaha, Barnala, Chabbewal and Dera Baba Nanak – are due on November 13 and the results will be out on November 23.
