Professor Mohan Singh Memorial Foundation have expressed deep sorrow over the untimely demise of Manjot Singh (38), the only son of renowned singer and lyricist Pali Detwalia.
In a statement issued here, Foundation President Rajiv Kumar Lovely, Patron Pragat Singh, Chairman Gurnam Singh Dhaliwal, Patron Dr. Gurbhajan Gill, Dilbag Singh Khatraye Kalan, Amarinder Singh Jassowal, art lover Dr. Nirmal Jaura, Patron Krishan Kumar Bawa, Patron Malkiat Singh Dakha, and Coordinator Prithipal Singh Badala shared their condolences with the bereaved family.
They prayed to God to grant peace to the departed soul and give strength to the family to bear this irreparable loss.
It is worth mentioning that Manjot Singh had been unwell for the past few days. He passed away on Tuesday, and his last rites were performed today at his native village Detwal. He is survived by his father Pali Detwalia, his wife, and two young children.
