Punjab Government has ordered the transfer and posting of Special Secretary, Personnel and Coordination PCS Dalwinderjit Singh (2004).
He has been posted as Officer on Special Duty to Chief Secretary, Punjab in place of PCS Sukhjeet Pal Singh.
