Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann today expressed his thoughts on his ‘X’ account regarding the bail granted to Manish Sisodia, stating that “Manish Sisodia’s bail is a victory for truth.” He also extended his gratitude to the country’s highest court.
On the other hand, Punjab Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema thanked the Supreme Court for granting bail to former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, saying that after almost 17 months, Sisodia has finally been released from a long-standing false and fabricated case.
He accused the Bharatiya Janata Party of repeatedly filing false cases against opposition parties and deliberately prolonging investigations.
Harpal Singh Cheema highlighted that Manish Sisodia is renowned across the country for his contributions to improving education and building good schools for children.
He introduced the concept of the School of Eminence, sent teachers abroad for quality training, and made special arrangements to provide children with a good education. Many of the children who received education under Manish Sisodia are now in prominent positions.
In conclusion, Harpal Singh Cheema congratulated Manish Sisodia and party volunteers, stating that today is a day of great joy.
