Punjab Congress leader and Jalandhar Cantt MLA Pargat Singh has been appointed AICC Observer for assembly constituences in Jammu Lok Sabha constituency for the ensuing Assemboy Elections in Jammu and Kashmir.
A leter in this respect has been issued by Congress General Secretary and MP K.C. Venugopal.
