Deputy Commissioner Dr. Himanshu Aggarwal today honored Jaahnvi, a city girl who brought pride to Jalandhar by winning the prestigious Medallion of Excellence at the World Skill Competition 2024, held in Lyon, France.
While handing over the appreciation letter to Jaahnvi, Dr. Aggarwal praised her exceptional achievement, stating that her success would inspire other young talents to pursue excellence in life.
He noted that Jaahnvi won the award in the category of Graphic Design Technology, showcasing her remarkable talent, creativity, dedication, and technical expertise.
Dr. Aggarwal emphasized that excelling at an international level is an extraordinary accomplishment and that Jaahnvi’s victory has brought immense pride not only to Jalandhar but also to the entire nation.
He further expressed hope that her achievement would pave the way for new opportunities in graphic design technology in India.
It is noteworthy that Jaahnvi received training under the Punjab Skill Development Mission facilitated by the Jalandhar Administration.
After excelling in state and national competitions, she earned the opportunity to compete on the global stage in France, where she secured the Medallion of Excellence.
The Deputy Commissioner wished her a bright future ahead. He also urged other youngsters to participate in Skill Development Program of Punjab Government to become self-reliant in their lives.
