All India Jatt Mahasabha Punjab, Women Wing President and BJP leader Jai Inder Kaur today handed over a memorandum to Patiala civi surgeon Dr. Surinder Garg regarding the massive hike in number of Dengue cases in Patiala this year.
Jai Inder Kaur said that due to the lack of precautionary measures on the part of the government, the health officials and the general public at large, Patiala has seen a massive hike in the number of cases of Dengue patients.
Jai Inder Kaur further said that before Covid 19 struck Patiala under the government of Captain Amarinder Singh had fought hard against the dengue menace and had reduced the number of Dengue cases to just 1 in 2019. But now the current government doesn’t seem to care about this disease due to which cases have shot up this year.
The daughter of Ex-CM Captain Amarinder Singh also urged the public to take all the necessary precautions and take medical help as soon as they feel any symptoms of Dengue.
Jai Inder Kaur was accompanied by Mayor Sanjeev Sharma Bittu, KK Sharma, Councillor Atul Joshi, Councillor Promila Mehta, Sonu Sangar, Varun Goyal and other BJP Patiala leaders.
