Punjab Government has ordered the transfer and posting of 2016 batch IAS Parminder Pal Singh.
The IAS officer who was till now serving as Project Director, World Bank Project, Department of School Education-cum-Additional Secretary, School Education would now also be serving as Managing Director, PUNCOM and in addition Executive Director, BACKFINCO against vacant posts.
