Lovely Professional University welcomed 12 students along with 2 faculties of Curtin University, Australia, for an MBA Executive Program focused on experiential learning. LPU has emerged as a key player in facilitating these globally appealing executive programs for working professionals. During the program, Australian university participants engaged in industry visits across sectors like healthcare, food production, and manufacturing exports.
They met with top Indian industry leaders, attended lectures on Indian management policies, and Indian history, and explored adaptive approaches in business, such as India’s startup ecosystem. The delegation developed a profound understanding of India’s industries, traditions, and economy through diverse activities and site visits.
Professor Steve McKenna from Curtin University praised his strong, long-standing work period with LPU, stating, “Over the past decade, I’ve brought many students to India for various programs, but this executive MBA, with its hands-on approach, has been the most rewarding, surpassing all expectations.”
Dr. Ashok Kumar Mittal, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) and Founder Chancellor of LPU, engaged with Australian university delegates and highlighted LPU’s dedication to transformative learning. Additionally, the Australian students gained a deep understanding of Punjab’s vibrant culture and heritage during their visit to Amritsar. They explored iconic sites like the Golden Temple, the Wagah Border, and the bustling local markets. They also experienced traditional village life and took part in dance and yoga classes, fully immersing themselves in the local Indian culture.
