To commemorate Earth Day a number of activities were organized online at Innocent Hearts School, Green Model Town, Loharan , Cantt.- Jandiala Road , Nurpur Road and Kapurthala Road.
Activities were organized for the students from Pre- school to grade VIII. The students of Pre- School and Nursery planted saplings.
The children of KGII participated in fancy dress (online). They shared their photographs on school’s official Facebook page. The students were dressed up as per the theme, ” Save the Planet. “They conveyed message through their attire to,’ Say No to Plastic, Save Water, Save Earth, Don’t Cut Trees.’
The children of KGII made food and water feeders for the birds. The students of Grade I participated in Fancy Dress competition and shared their message through videos.
The students of Grade VII and VIII participated in Slogan Writing and Poster Making Competition. The students depicted their creativity through their posters and thoughtful slogans and created awareness on Earth Day.
