Former Punjab Minister Navjot Singh Sidhu has finally received formal invitation from his friend & Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan for the inauguration of Kartarpur Sahib Corridor on November 9.
It could not be a coincidence that the Invitation is marked serial No.1 (See the invitation below).
The invitation issued by Ministry of Religious Affairs of Interfaith & Harmony, Pakistan says that the inauguration ceremony to be held on 9th of November would be graced by Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The invitation has been delivered under a covering letter signed by Syed Haider Shah, the Acting High Commissioner of Pakistan in New Delhi.
Imran Khan & Sidhu, both former Cricketing legends are friends and Sidhu had gone to Pakistan to attend the swearing in ceremony when Imran Khan took over as Prime Minister of Pakistan. It was there that he was informed of the Pakistan Government’s decision to open the Corridor to Kartarpur Sahib.
