SAD will now force CM to listen to Jenny Johal’s banned song: Majithia

Mohali, October 9, 2022 (Yes Punjab News)
Senior Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leader Bikram Singh Majithia today asked chief minister Bhagwant Mann why he had got afraid of answering questions raised by a daughter of Punjab and got her song banned and said the SAD would now make him listen to the questions of Jenny Johal by playing them loudly in a procession to the chief minister’s residence.

Talking to newsmen here, Mr Bikram Majithia said it was shocking that those who once stood for freedom of expression had forced YouTube to ban Jenny Johal’s song just because the singer asked some questions from the chief minister. “These are the same persons who had spoken about freedom of speech when Sidhu Moosewala’s song was banned by the central government”.

Asking the chief minister to tell what was wrong in the questions, Mr Majithia said “it is a fact that your government reduced the security cover of Sidhu Moosewala. It is also fact that you publicized this fact which led to his gruesome murder”.

Asserting that no action had been taken till now for this security breach, Mr Majtihia said things had taken a turn for the worse with one of the gangsters Deepak Tinu who had been apprehended by Delhi Police being allowed to escape in the cover of darkness in the custody of the Punjab Police.
