SAD announces Virsa Singh Valtoha as Khadoor Sahib candidate

The Shiromani Akali Dal Sunday announced its party candidate for Khadoor Sahib.

Party President Sukhbir Singh Badal announced senior Akali leader, former MLA, CPS, and member of the party’s core committee Virsa Singh Valtoha as a candidate from Khadoor Sahib.

SAD has now announced its candidates for all 13 seats of Punjab and the lone Chandigarh seat.

The contest for the Panthic seat of Khadoor Sahib will be interesting because apart from the candidates of other parties, Amritpal Singh, the head of the ‘Waris Punjab de’ organization, has announced to contest from this constituency as an independent candidate.

AAP has announced Cabinet Minister Laljit Singh Bhullar as its candidate. BJP has announced Manjit Singh Manna Mianwind as its nominee. Harpal Singh Baler will be fighting on the ticket of Akali Dal Amritsar.

Congress is yet to announce its candidate for this seat.
