Distinguished academician and architect, Prof. Karamjit Singh Chahal has officially taken charge as the new Registrar of the Guru Nanak Dev University in the presence of Vice Chancellor Prof. Karamjeet Singh, Prof. Palwinder Singh, Dean Academic Affairs and university officials including S. Hariqbal Singh, OSD and S. Parminder Singh, OSD.
In a brief address during the ceremony, Vice Chancellor Prof. Karamjeet Singh commended Prof. Chahal’s extensive experience in academic administration and expressed confidence in his ability to steer the Registrar’s office towards greater efficiency and innovation.
Taking the podium, Registrar Prof. Karamjit Singh Chahal expressed gratitude for the opportunity and outlined his vision for the Registrar’s office. “I am deeply honored to assume this responsibility. My focus will be on fostering an environment of transparency, improving administrative processes, and ensuring that we remain responsive to the needs of our students and university fraternity.
