IPS Naunihal Singh has been appointed new Commissioner of Police Amritsar.
The IPS officer was available for posting after his promotion.
He replaces Jaskaran Singh, IPS who has been transferred as IGP Intelligence Punjab SAS Nagar.
Orders regarding the appointment of Jaskaran Singh say ‘he will head the Intelligence Wing and all the Officers posted in this Wing shall report to him.
