Punjab Government has ordered the transfer and posting of Additional Deputy Commissioner (Rural Development), Ludhiana IAS Sandeep Kumar (2015).
He has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Tarn Taran in place of IAS Baldeep Kaur.
