The Punjab Government will organise the theatrical programme ‘Hamare Ram’, based on the life and teachings of Lord Ram, at the Balwant Gargi Auditorium in Bathinda on August 9 and 24.
Deputy Commissioner Bathinda Rajesh Dhiman said the programme will feature two shows on each day. The first show will be held from 1:30 pm to 5 pm, while the second show will take place from 6 pm to 9:30 pm.
He said the performance will be presented by Bollywood actor Ashutosh Rana and his team. Rahul R Bhuchar will portray the role of Lord Ram, while Ashutosh Rana will play the character of Ravana.
The Deputy Commissioner informed that no ticket will be required for the programme and entry will be free for the general public.
The initiative is aimed at presenting the life and values associated with Lord Ram through a theatrical performance for residents of Bathinda.
