The Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) has decided that fully equipped Bala Sahib hospital will be dedicated to public soon and DSGMC will file an application in court in this regard. This was disclosed by DSGMC President Mr. Manjinder Singh Sirs here today.
In a statement released here, Mr. Sirsa along with General Secretary Mr. Harmeet Singh Kalka disclosed that a meeting of the members of the DSGMC was held today in which important decision were taken. He said that A special committee was constituted to celebrate 400th Prakash Purab of Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib. They said that this committee will deliberate and decide on events to be organized in this regard.
They further said that 400th Prakash Gurpurab of Shri Guru Teg Bahadur ji which was not celebrated on large scale due to covid restrictions and rise in number of cases at that time will now be celebrated with different programs.
They said that in the meeting it was discussed that due to the guidelines of DDMA for not allowing any religious procession , Prakash Gurpurab of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji will be celebrated on a large scale at a special function in Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib’s Lakhi Shah vanjara hall and at night in Gurudwara Nanak piao Sahib.
They also disclosed that Bala Sahib hospital which is Delhi’s first fully equipped Covid hospital and will include other medical facilities too, will be operational soon. They said that a special application will be filed in court on Monday to secure order on opening of hospital.
