Chandigarh, May 15, 2021 (Yes Punjab News)
The Shiromani Akali Dal asked Punjab Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh to make public names of his party MLAs who have paid money to man who posed as Prashant Kishor assuring them party tickets fro the ensuring 2022 Assembly election.

In a statement released here today, the SAD Treasurer and Spokesman Mr. NK Sharma said that Punjabis are shocked to learn about a new scandal in state in which sitting MLAs are paying money in name of Political Advisor for getting tickets for the ensuing 2022 elections though the man who got money was impersonator.

He said that why these MLAs paid money in name of Prashant Kishor and how did they collected huge amounts of Rs. 5 crore to pay to PK is a matter of investigation which the Punjab Police must probe.

He said that the act has made it clear that neither these MLAs have trust in Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh nor in National leadership of the party and they only believed that it is ultimately Prashant Kishor who will distribute tickets for the coming election.

The SAD leader said that this is a big scandal in itself as Congress leaders paid huge amount of money in name of PK for ensuring their tickets for coming election and how they collected such huge amount resorting to unfair means should also be probed.

He said that it is now clear to every Punjabi that during last four and a half years Congress leadership of the state resorted to corruption to make money and all such moves were patronized by the Chief Minister himself.

The SAD leader demanded a high level probe into whole episode under supervision of a sitting High Court Judge.
