Chandigarh administration has announced to hike Dearness allowance (DA) by 10 percent for the employees and pensioners of Chandigarh and for those who are working on deputation in Chandigarh from Punjab.
Orders issued by Finance and Planning Officer of the Administrator Chandigarh said that earlier DA was 154 percent which has been enhanced to 164 percent and it will be applicable from July 1, 2019. This increase will also be applicable for staff of aided schools and colleges.
