The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Punjab has announced the appointment of six new District Presidents as part of its ongoing organisational expansion aimed at strengthening the party’s grassroots network across the state.
The appointments were approved by BJP National President Shri Nitin Nabin and announced by BJP Punjab State General Secretary Anil Sarin. Punjab BJP President S. Kewal Singh Dhillon said the move is intended to further reinforce the party’s organisational structure and enhance public outreach in different regions of the state.
The newly appointed District Presidents are S. Sandeep Singh Brar for Faridkot, Sh. Sanjeev Manhas for Hoshiarpur Rural, Sh. Neten Gupta Nannu for Hoshiarpur Urban, Sh. Anoop Sharma for Khanna, S. Kuldeep Singh Bhangewala for Sri Muktsar Sahib, and Sh. Sarjiwan Jindal for Sangrur-1.
Congratulating the newly appointed office-bearers, Dhillon expressed confidence that they would work with dedication to strengthen the BJP’s organisational base at the grassroots level while expanding the party’s reach across their respective districts.
He said the new district presidents have been entrusted with the responsibility of further energising the organisation and effectively communicating the policies and welfare initiatives of the Narendra Modi-led Central Government to all sections of society.
According to the party, the appointments reflect BJP Punjab’s continued focus on building a robust cadre-based organisation and preparing the party for future political and electoral engagements in the state.
The organisational reshuffle is part of the party’s broader strategy to consolidate its presence across Punjab by strengthening district-level leadership and improving coordination between the state and local units.
