Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt attended the North Bombay Sarbojanin Durga Puja celebrations, turning heads in an elegant traditional Bengali look that blended vibrant colours with classic ethnic styling.
The Gangubai Kathiawadi actress wore a bright fuchsia-pink saree featuring delicate gold dot motifs and a metallic border. She paired it with a sky-blue blouse featuring structured puff sleeves. The blouse stood out for its distinctive design on the back, with four vertically arranged lotus motifs beneath a crescent-shaped moon.
Alia completed her festive ensemble with statement gold jhumkas, golden bangles and a cocktail ring. She further enhanced the traditional look with a neat low bun adorned with delicate gold hair accessories and a gajra.
Keeping her makeup subtle, the actress opted for kohl-rimmed eyes, glossy lips and a small black bindi. She was also seen participating in the aarti, joining the celebrations at the Durga Puja pandal.
On Saturday, actor Ranbir Kapoor also visited the North Bombay Sarbojanin Durga Puja pandal to seek blessings.
Adding to the festive atmosphere, Ranbir delivered an impromptu singing performance, joining singer Harshdeep Kaur for the popular track ‘Kabira’ from his 2013 film Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. The film was directed by Ayan Mukerji, who was also present at the pandal.
Ranbir arrived at the venue wearing a red-and-gold kurta paired with white pyjamas.
Alia and Ranbir will soon share screen space in filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s much-anticipated film Love & War, which also features Vicky Kaushal in a crucial role.
Love & War is scheduled for a theatrical release on January 21, 2027.
