Company offers attractive packages to selected students

As many as 50 students of various engineering branches of Giani Zail Singh Campus College of Engineering and Technology, Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University (MRSPTU), Bathinda were placed in prestigious Trident Group. The Company have offered attractive packages to the selected students.
The 24 talented students of B.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Textile Engineering) were placed in Trident Group on a package of 12 lakhs per annum. The selected students include Shubhdeep Dhiman, Nivedita Pal, Jashandeep Kaur Sidhu, Shresha Jain, Ananya Prabha, Harleen Kaur, Khushwinder Singh, Anureet Kaur, Lovedeep Singh, Ramkoyar Sandhu, Navneet Kaur, Harmanpreet singh, Vikas Prakash, Kunal Mittal, Yashav, Raushan Raj, Jasdeep Singh, Ratul Khadotra, Yashdeep Mourya, Pinki, Fulbita Thaosen, Prashant Kumawat, Harpreet Singh and Anu.
While another 26 students of various engineering branches selected as ‘Summer Interns’ for internship on stipend of Rs. 50,000 per month.
University Vice Chancellor Prof. Buta Singh Sidhu, Registrar Dr. Gurinderpal Brar, Campus Director Dr. Sanjeev Aggarwal, Corporate Resource Centre Incharge, Dr. Rajesh Gupta and Director-Training and Placement, Harjot Singh Sidhu have expressed immense happiness and satisfaction at the calibre and potential of students getting recognized by leading company Trident Group. They expressed gratitude towards the Chairman, Padma Shri Awardee Sh. Rajinder Gupta and management of the Group.
While congratulating the students, Prof. Buta Singh Sidhu motivated the students to keep learning about the new trends and technologies being introduced in the current scenario.
“In the years to come, we will strengthen our engagement with the industry and ensure that we continue to create socially conscious responsible leaders that help to shine our nation across the world”, he said while appreciating the combined efforts being put by Corporate Resource Centre and Training & Placement department.
Dr. Rajesh Gupta and Sh. Harjot Singh Sidhu informed that more prominent companies are scheduled to visit the campus in times to come and the placement scenario would be even get better. Er. Haramritpal Singh Sidhu, Dr. Mandeep Kaur, Er. Gagandeep Sodhi and Er. Sunita Kotwal played key role in the placement drive.
