SAD president Sukhbir Badal has appointed Halqa Incharge for Bathinda City Assembly seat.
Giving information, senior SAD leader and former minister Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema said, the party president has appointed Iqbal Singh Babli Dhillon as incharge of Bathinda City Assembly constituency.
