The Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee (DSGMC) President Mr. Manjinder Singh Sirsa today described appointment of Jagdish Tytler as permanent Invitee to the Delhi Congress Committee as an action of rubbing salt on wounds of the Sikh community and asked AICC General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi to tell people of the country as why Gandhi family has rewarded butchers of Sikhs again and again and he also asked Congress leaders including from Punjab whether they will react to this development as per their conscience.
In a statement released here today, the DSGMC President Mr. Sirsa said that it is shocking to see that on one hand Congress leadership talks against patronizing criminals by the political parties and on the other appoints those who were directly involved in Sikh Genocide of 1984 on important posts of the party. He said that how long will Gandhi family play politics on this important issue which has hurt feelings of lakhs of people.
Mr. Sirsa said that appointment of Tytler shows how Congress rubs salt at the wounds of the Sikhs. He said that that this action of the Congress High Command including Sonia Gandhi has once again raised questions whether anyone in Punjab Congress felt hurt with this decision ? He said that it is a shame that Congress continues to garland the killers of Sikhs and someone whose case is pending with CBI bu Punjab Congress leaders have chosen to stay mum.
Mr. Sirsa also lashed out at PPCC President Navjot Singh Sidhu and asked him when his character has collapsed and touched rock bottom ? or he has little courage to speak up against Jagdish Tytler named Permanent Invitee to Delhi Congress.
He also said that the decision of the Congress party has come at a time when case against Tytler is listed for hearing on November 17, 2021. He said that along with Tytler Gandhi family is also seem afraid of hearing in the matter.
He warned the Congress High Command to immediately cancel orders on appointment of Tytler or be ready to face agitation by the Sikh community in the matter.
