This was the second year that the Sikh community has participated in this annual parade. An enthusiastic group of volunteers coordinated by the Carol Stream Sikh community parade unit. They distributed ice cold water bottles to the spectators.

The parade line-up assembly was on Friday July 4th, 2025, at County Farm Road & Lies Road. The parade was led by the Carol Stream Mayor Frank Saverino, the village board members and other dignitaries.

After a brief ceremony and salutations, the parade proceeded East on Lies Road and after about 1.5 miles walk, it ended at the Town Center on Lies Road & Gary Avenue.
