Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is set to kick off the final season of Koffee with Karan, and a newly released promo shows host Karan Johar once again asking the actor about his virginity. Salman, however, avoids giving a direct answer and playfully tells the filmmaker to exercise some restraint.
On Tuesday, the makers unveiled a promo featuring Salman as the first guest of the show’s final season. Welcoming the superstar, Karan said, “A wise man once said, ‘It’s done bro’. So who better to kick off my final season than the man himself, Salman Khan.”
Karan was referring to Salman’s viral one-liner, “It’s done bro”, directed at activist Sonam Wangchuk during protests in July over alleged irregularities and the 2026 NEET paper leak.
Responding to Karan’s introduction, Salman quipped, “After coffee with Karan, here we coffee with Salman.”
The conversation soon turned to the actor’s personal life when Karan asked, “Are you still a virgin?”
Salman responded with a playful warning: “Control ya, brother. Control. It’s not like last season, you got all of us to do ‘Koffee with Karan’”.
Karan later remarked that Salman seemed different and “a lot more composed”. The actor replied, “All the advice that I’ve given, there has come a time for me to follow my own advice.”
The host also brought up Salman’s recent comments about online trolling and paparazzi culture. Reacting to the topic, Salman said, “The one who made the camera in his phone, if I find that somewhere”.
Koffee with Karan is one of India’s best-known celebrity chat shows. Premiering in 2004, the programme has become popular for its candid conversations, rapid-fire rounds, personal revelations and playful exchanges about relationships, rivalries and careers.
Over the years, the show has featured leading actors, filmmakers, sports personalities and other prominent guests. Its celebrity couch and provocative questions have frequently generated headlines, viral clips and pop-culture moments.
Salman’s appearances have been particularly memorable for his unfiltered humour and unexpected candour. During his debut appearance in Season 4, the actor surprised viewers by saying that he was a virgin and joking that he had saved himself for his future wife. His deadpan delivery and willingness to address his famously private personal life made the moment one of the show’s most widely discussed exchanges.
