The SAD (Taksali) on Thursday handed over the memorandum to the DC’s at District Headquarters of Majha, Malwa and Doaba regions in Punjab, under the valuable guidance of the party president and former MP Ranjit Singh Brahmpura. Through this memorandum, SAD (Taksali) has warned the Captain Government of Punjab to control the poor law and order situation in the state.
In addition, the SAD (Taksali) has given an ultimatum in the name of Punjab’s reckless Congress government for the theft and desecration case of the Holy Guru Granth Sahib, prevention of drugs, deaths due to spurious liquor.
SAD (Taksali) General Secretary Karnail Singh Peer Mohammad while handing over a memorandum to the Deputy Commissioners at Moga and Ferozepur, said that peace and harmony has been disturbed in the state for which the present ruling party is responsible and was completely oblivious to any consequences.
He further said that the theft of the ancient ‘Bir Sahib’ from gurudwara Ardas Sahib at village Kalyan in Patiala, was very unfortunate act and the Congress government led by Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh should not delay in finding the Bir Sahib because there is a huge outcry among the Sikh community. In addition, Captain government should make public what action has been taken so far in this matter,”he stated.
Meanwhile, taking the Shiromani Gurudwara Prabandak Committee (SGPC) sternly, he said that 267 volumes of Guru Granth Sahib had been stolen shortly before this under the auspices of the shiromani committee which is being protested by the entire Khalsa Panth and by the devotees who have immense faith in the Guru Granth Sahib.
Punjab is the land of Gurus and saints and despite the fact that Sikhs are in the majority, the occurrence of such incidents of desecration is a serious issue behind which the peace of Punjab was being disturbed which the SAD (Taksali) will not bear on any terms.
Replying media queries, Karnail Singh Peer Mohammad said that the Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh could not get votes as he has not helped any poor or BC/SC category people nor any needy person since he came to power and the smartphones is just an excuse to fool the youth because not a single election promise made to the punjab people has been fulfilled by the Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh.
He also slammed the Chief Minister for the fact that all the people in the state who died due to poisoning liquor with in connivance of the government and the police officers. In this regard, those who run the liquor business illegally. Why doesn’t the government push such convicts behind bars?
SAD (Taksali) warned the punjab captain government that if the law and order situation in Punjab is not brought under control by the Captain government in future, the Shiromani Akali Dal (Classic) under the able leadership of party supremo Ranjit Singh Brahmpura will stage dharnas and protests at the state level.
He said that today the Deputy Commissioners of 11 districts across the state have been handed over the charter to warned the Punjab Congress government by (SAD Taksali), including Amritsar, Tarn Taran, Jalandhar, Nawanshahr, Ropar, Mohali, Patiala, Ferozepur, Moga. Faridkot, Bathinda.
